Connecticut State Senator Won't Hand Over Email List to Opponent

A Republican for state Senate in Connecticut has requested the email list from the incumbent Democrat but the state Democratic Party refuses to hand it over. Republican Len Suzio's team requested the list from Senator Danté Bartolomeo's team back in June but hasn't seen it yet. Suzio's team argues that the list is fair game since it was compiled while Bartolomeo was working as a state lawmaker and that it belongs to the legislature, as a public database.
