Content Directions Introduces Dropdown Format

Content Directions Inc. announced Thursday that VoIP technology company Epygi Technologies would be the first advertiser to employ its new ad format, the Digital Object Identifier. The ad format incorporates a traditional banner or box ad that--when users move a mouse over it--spawns an extensive dropdown menu that provides product information and the option to buy online, without navigating away from the site on which the ad is displayed. Content Directions' updating process will keep the information in the dropdown menus up-to-date, using data from Epygi's distribution channel.
