Adbrain, a provider of cross-device technology, announced on Friday that it opened a new office in Seattle that will serve as an engineering hub, and made key tech hires.

Adbrain hired Poul Costinksy as chief architect. Prior to Adbrain, Poul spent 19 years at Microsoft.

Manu Manianchira was named VP of global engineering. He also came from Microsoft, where he worked on the Windows 10 3D team.

Chris Curwood, a U.S. VFW Marine, and a cybersecurity and network expert, was also hired.

Jason Atlas, chief technology officer, will lead the Seattle office,
