Digilant Acquires Programmatic Marketing Agency Anagram

Digilant, a programmatic ad platform, on Thursday announced it was buying programmatic marketing agency Anagram.

Boston-based Anagram was founded 2015 with the aim of offering clients a transparent approach to programmatic advertising. Anagram’s clients are given full control and access over the agency’s platforms. Anagram further helps build unique capabilities for each client.

"By combining our products and technology resources with Anagram's expertise, we will have the flexibility to grow our hands-on services," stated Alan Osetek, global CEO at Digilant.

Joining Digilant’s executive management team will be founder and CEO of Anagram Adam Cahill, along with CMO Colin Brown. Cahill will be named Digilant’s president of the U.S. market, responsible for US business and operations.

The purchase price was not immediately available.
