Rosetta Acquires Interactive Shop SimStar

  • July 7, 2005
Rosetta Marketing Group, a Princeton, N.J.-based marketing company, recently acquired the interactive marketing agency SimStar, Inc., also based in Princeton. Terms of the deal, which closed June 23, were not disclosed, but a Rosetta spokesman said that the 100-employee company would add, rather than cut, jobs in the combined venture. SimStar will retain its name, said a company spokesman. The combined company's client roster will now include Pfizer, Gillette, and Microsoft.
