Mindshare is appointing Will Graves as Chief Financial Officer, North America to lead client finance, internal and external financial objectives and reporting. He's also tasked with helping to uncover new opportunities for growth. He replaces Joe Scangamor, who was promoted to serve as GroupM North America’s CFO in September.

Graves previously served as executive vice president at Dentsu Aegis Network, where he oversaw the network’s U.S. commercial finance team. Earlier in his career, he worked at Vizeum and Interpublic Group.
