JEFF MCCLELLAND has been named CEO of Cliff Freeman & Partners, the agency’s first-ever CEO. McClelland was previously founder and chief integration officer of integratedBRAND, where he independently consulted with several Fortune 500 Companies in such industries as pharmaceutical, financial services, new product launches, and health and beauty aids.
