S4 Capital has named Mary Basterfield as its new Chief Financial Officer effective Jan. 3, 2022. She will also join the company’s board of directors.

She succeeds Peter Rademaker, who is retiring from day-to-day operations but will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Rademaker has been with S4 since its formation three years ago, joining as part of the merger with MediaMonks.

Basterfield previously served in financial roles at Dentsu Aegis, Sony Music, Warner Music, Expedia and most recently as Just Eat.
