Huntington Beach, CA-based ad agency Innocean has promoted Cindy Scott to Chief Strategy Officer. She was previously senior vice president, strategy. 

The agency said Scott is the first female to hold a C-level position there. 

Separately Nancy Alley has been named svp/HR & Administration and Ginger Christensen has been appointed svp/ Account Management for Hyundai luxury division Genesis. 

Alley joins from Deutsch where she was most recently executive vice president and Chief Talent Officer.
