Billion Dollar Boys Beefs Up U.S. Operations

Influencer-marketing agency Billion Dollar Boy, which gained 30 clients in 2023, including Dove, Disney+ and Spotify, has added three executive hires to its U.S. operations.

Marie La France has been appointed vice president, growth. She reports to Permele Doyle, founder-president of Billion Dollar Boy, in the New Orleans office. Most recently, she was vice president, strategy at Dash Hudson. She has also been vice president, beauty at Condé Nast and sales director at Vogue.

Christine Göös assumes the role of senior director of marketing, overseeing integrated marketing across content, communications, social and events in the U.S. Göös reports to Becky Owen, global CMO, and is based in New York. Prior to her hire, Göös built content and marketing practices for advertising SaaS companies Celtra and Smartly.io.

Emily Brown joins as senior manager, strategy, where she will lead the strategic direction of campaigns. She reports to Simon Harwood, the global performance director, and is also based in New York. Previously, she was account supervisor of social strategy at Edelman, working on Samsung’s global TikTok presence Volkswagen USA and KFCl. Before Edelman, Brown served as social strategist at the Giant Spoon agency.

Founded in 2014 by Edward East, alongside co-founders Thomas Walters and Permele Doyle, the agency now has offices in London, New York and New Orleans.
