Havas is expected to name Fernando Rodés Vila, the Barcelona-based head of its global media operations, CEO of the entire agency holding company, various business publications are reporting.
Rodés Vila, whose family founded Media Planning Group, and are influential stakeholders in Havas, was rumored to have been approached about the CEO job earlier this year. The latest move is
believed to be part of a broader restructuring of Havas designed to streamline its organization.
