Carat Thursday announced it had ended its relationship with digital communications firm Amp'd Mobile over a "competitive concern." Amp'd took issue with Carat's relationship with one of Amp'd's
competitors, and the companies ended their relationship by mutual agreement. Spokespeople for Carat declined to specify what the competitive conflict was.
