High-end appliance maker Thermador is launching a lifestyle sponsorship alliance with Tim Love, the Tex-Mex cuisine chef who owns Lonesome Dove Western Bistros in Fort Worth, TX, and New York.

Love leads a coooking class in eight video segments at www.thermador.com. In the process of creating dishes, he demonstrates how Thermador's induction cooktops work using electromagnetic energy. He will also back various educational initiatives, including cooking demonstrations at trade, consumer and media events, according to Thermador, a division of BSH Home, Huntington Beach, Calif.
