A story published in Online Media Daily on Tuesday, Dec. 5, titled "P&G Fits Email To Customer Needs," quoted Denis McGrath, interactive marketing manager at Procter & Gamble, as describing some P&G brands as "mundane." The term he used to describe them was "low-involvement."
