  • January 22, 2003
TiVo President Morgan Guenther will resign from the DVR pioneering company, effective Jan. 31. He’s been with the company since 1999 and was named president in October 2001. TiVo has already initiated a search for a senior executive to oversee the business development areas that are managed by Guenther. No reason was given for Guenther’s departure. "Over the last three years, Morgan has been involved in developing many of TiVo's strategic alliances and helped to develop TiVo's current business model. We appreciate Morgan's contribution and wish him well in his future endeavors,” said TiVo CEO Mike Ramsay.
