Ford Debuts Online Driving Skills Site

Ford Motor Company has launched an online driving skills Web site focused on how to drive to save gasoline and protect the environment.
The online eco-driving tutorial is at drivingskillsforlife.com. The tutorial reviews ways to conserve fuel while driving with such tips as: drive at posted speed limits, accelerate and brake smoothly, check tires and avoid long idling periods.
Ford launched the Driving Skills for Life program in 2003 with the Governors Highway Safety Association.
