Sony Pictures Television has named Holly Jacobs to oversee reality and syndication. She will replace Melanie Chilek. The hire is seen as an effort to streamline production. Under Jacobs, staffers will
develop for both genres. Previously, Jacobs was an executive at Fox TV Studios.
