Tyson says no ads were approved to run after Jan. 20, but competitors claimed they saw the ads on the air after that date.
The paper called it the latest setback for the Arkansas-based chicken producer, which has been touting its line of antibiotic-free chicken as part of a $70 million advertising campaign.
