It's Official: MPG Taps MyNetworkTV's Barrington

As expected, MPG North America has named David Barrington executive vice president-managing director of video investments. The official announcement, which describes the role as a new position, essentially fills the void left when former buying chief Bill McOwen left late last year to join Starcom. Barrington had been senior vice president-general sales manager of MyNetworkTV.
