Los Angeles-based Animax develops Webisodes, virtual worlds and other online content for clients like ESPN, Kodak and Ty (parent company of Beanie Babies), while Toronto-based Unplugged TV's roster includes American Express and Schick. Together, the two companies' new Animax Unplugged division will produce interactive campaigns and original content that that includes casual games, Facebook and iPhone applications and widgets.
