Retired PBG, Mexico, Chair Joins Kellogg's Board

Kellogg Company
has announced the election of Rogelio M. Rebolledo, former chairman of
Pepsi Bottling Group, Mexico, to its board of directors effective July 24.
Rebolledo retired as chairman of the Pepsi Bottling Group, Mexico, in 2007. He had also served as its president and chief executive officer from 2004 to 2006.--Nina M. Lentini
