Looking Ahead, P&G Realigns Design Unit

Claudia B. Kotchka, 57, VP/design innovation and strategy at Procter & Gamble, will retire effective March 31, after more than 31 years with the company, P&G said on Wednesday.
Beginning in August, Kotchka will serve as VP on special assignment, reporting to A.G. Lafley, chairman of the board and CEO.
Also in August, Philip J. Duncan, 43, currently president, Europe and Middle East region for Landor Associates, will be appointed global design officer, reporting to Lafley.
