Optimedia US named FRANK FRIEDMAN as managing director and head of operations for Optimedia's New York office. TIFFANY KIRK, based out of the agency's Seattle office, will replace Friedman in his previously capacity as head of local broadcast and be responsible for managing the Local Broadcast department. Additionally, Optimedia US tapped JAMES SHORELAND as communications planning director for Optimedia Inside.
