Actor Michael Pitt is in talks to join Steve Buscemi in Martin Scorsese's drama pilot "Boardwalk Empire" for HBO, reports
The Hollywood Reporter. The pilot is based on a book that charts the
1920s beginnings of Atlantic City. Pitt has been seen in "Dawson's Creek" and the movies "The Dreamers," "The Village" and "Funny Games."
