Los Angeles-based marketing company ViSalus last week announced that it will pay a $22 million cash dividend to its shareholders. Ryan Blair, CEO of ViSalus, stated, "Our earnings performance and cash generation in excess of our working capital requirements offer us the flexibility to invest in our long-term infrastructure needs and also return a cash dividend to our shareholders." Lord of the Rings Lawsuit Filed in LA Christian Science Monitor
The Tolkien family, heirs of the late J.R.R. Tolkien, is suing the producers of "The Lord of the Rings" and the upcoming movie "The Hobbit" for allegedly "selling digital rights to an online slot machine game," reports the Christian Science Monitor.
