  • CHRISTOPHER RALEIGH has been named senior vice president and general sales manager of The Weather Channel Media Solutions. He was previously senior vice president of advertising sales for GSN.


  • STEVE SACHS was promoted to president, Real Simple and KEVIN WHITE was elevated to publisher.

  • NEAL SINNO joined Arkadium as vice president of business development.


  • Draftfcb Chicago named LESLIE BILLINGSLEY, CATIE JACOBSEN, PRADEEP KUMAR and LINDA LIMING as vice presidents.


  • GSD&M Idea City named JIM WILKERSON as senior research analyst. He joins the company from Millward Brown.


  • IMG named ROB LEE as head of programming for IMG Global Media.


  • Organic New York hired DEAN MCROBIE as executive director of project management and technology and BRYAN FUHR as group director of strategy.


  • ILDI PAP has been promoted to US director, strategic print communications at OMD, replacing JACK HANRAHAN.


  • MARTIN CEDERGREN was named creative director at 180 Amsterdam. Cedergren joins 180 from AKQA Amsterdamwhere he was executive creative director, overseeing creative development on the Nike digital account.


  • Cut+Run/Los Angeles named MICHELLE BURKE as executive producer/managing director.


  • Erwin-Penland named CORY SCHEARER, RICH CUTTER, JOE GILMAN and KARL DUNN as group creative directors.


  • The Out-of-Home Video Advertising Bureau named SUZANNE ALECIA president of the organization, replacing KIM NORRIS. She was most recently the president of advertising sales for The Hotel Networks.

  • RPA promoted DAVID SMITH, previously svp, creative director, to evp, executive creative director.

  • ANDRÉE DE LA GARZA has been named marketing director of National Geographic Adventure. Most recently, de la Garza was promotion director of Rodale Inc.'s Best Life.


  • CHRIS REMINGTON was named interactive strategist at Hanson Dodge Creative.


  • WAYNE HANSON joined McCann's TAG Ideation as group creative director. Most recently, Hanson was creative director at ATTIK USA, San Francisco.


  • Draftfcb Chicago promoted ROSS MCLEAN to lead the Kraft Foods planning team as senior vice president, group strategic planning director.

  • KEVIN FLANAGAN was named account manager forGolf World. Flanagan was previously an advertising account director at Fast Company magazine.


  • Deep Focus promoted MICHAEL J. MIRAFLOR, JOHN SIMPSON and ANNA PIZARRO to media supervisors, NATALIE PAPPACODA to senior media planner, and KATE JALKUT to associate media planner.


  • Draftfcb launched AREA 23, a full-service healthcare communications agency. MIKE GUARINO and STEPHEN BATEMAN of Draftfcb will head the agency, in addition to new hire MELISSA CAHILL. MATT LANE, evp, group management director, and KERRY DWYER, svp, management director, are joining AREA 23 from within Draftfcb Healthcare.

  • Guideposts hired PHILIP CHARLES-PIERRE as vice president of digital media.

  • MRM Worldwide hired MICHAEL L. MILLER as director of business development for North America. He was most recently a senior partner in new business at G2 Worldwide. Miller replaces ANDERS EKMAN, who left the agency in December.


  • Wizzard Media named SKIP FREDRICKS as senior vice president of content programming, responsible for the development, acquisition and packaging of content, and securing sponsorship deals for worldwide distribution.
