David Moore, chairman and founder of 24/7 Real Media, has been elected as chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Neil Ashe, president of CBS Interactive, has assumed the role of vice chairman, previously held by Moore.

Moore, who has served on the IAB's board and its executive committee since 2001, became acting chair after Wenda Harris Millard resigned in April. The IAB also announced the election to its board of Edward F. (Ted) West, president and CEO of LookSmart. --Mark Walsh
