Sites are compared using a technology called Kantuit UX Compare, which provides data on site effectiveness.
The study shows that 20% of sites have page layout problems that make information hard to find for a significant number of users while 60% of sites fail to answer at least one question that most users have. About 33% of sites have instances of visual design that are perceived by many users to be less than professional and 93% of sites lack some content that some users consider persuasive.
Other sites included in the research are: Abilify, Actos,
Advair Diskus, Celebrex, Cymbalta, Effexor XR, Lexapro, Nexium, Plavix, Prevacid, Singulair and Vyotrin.--Tanya Irwin
