Election results of the 2010-2011 4A's board of directors and board officers were announced today. The officers, directors-at-large and regional reps make up a 27-member board that represents agencies throughout the U.S. Chuck Porter, chairman, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, was elected to a two-year term as chairman of the 4A's board of directors. Tom Carroll, president/CEO, TBWA Worldwide, and outgoing 4A's chairman, assumes the role of immediate past chair. Sharon Napier, CEO of Partners + Napier, has been elected secretary-treasurer; the previous office holder resigned mid-term. Directors-at-large on the 4A's board who will continue to serve three-year terms through 2011 are: Mary Baglivo, CEO, Saatchi & Saatchi NY; Rob Norman, CEO, GroupM North America & CEO, GroupM Interaction Worldwide; Linda Sawyer, CEO, Deutsch, Inc.; and Christopher D. Weil, Chairman and CEO, Momentum Worldwide.
