Breyer's YoCrunch Intros Fruit Parfait

  • July 7, 2010
Breyer's Yogurt Company has launched a fruit parfait extension of its YoCrunch brand.

YoCrunch Fruit Parfait, which was created in response to the popularity of yogurt fruit parfaits in foodservice outlets, features vanilla lowfat yogurt, a thick layer of fruit and a crunchy granola topping.

The new line is being positioned as an "indulgent, healthy snack" with just 120 calories (versus, for instance, 310 calories in Panera Bread's yogurt fruit parfait, according to Breyer's).

The parfaits are available in grocery stores nationwide, at a suggested retail of $2.89 for a four-pack container.
