Justin Gutterman has joined Mediacy as director of operations. Previously, he worked at Inwindow Outdoor, another outdoor company which places ads in vacant storefront windows. At Mediacy, he will
oversee the Gatescapes program, which places media on roll-down security gates in major markets nationwide.
