Aegis's Carat unit has retained pharma giant Pfizer's estimated $1.2 billion media services account following a review. Carat has serviced the business for more than a decade, and the retention caps a
strong year for Carat, following a flurry of new business wins including Relativity Media (the studio that produced movies such as "The Social Network"), emerging drink marketer Red Bull and distilled
spirits marketer Diageo.
