Some agency execs still making excuses for not having control of where ads serve up. Intelligent execs, but come on folks, technology companies and partners need to know exactly where ads serve up. They need to take responsibility for where ads land.

    That is why they should buy individual local websites that have significant mass like local news websites. Buying and ad network spreading your impressions across lots of little sites may get you reach, but won't give you frequency. Both are necessary for success.
