Rector To VP, Sales For Voltari

Voltari, a division of Motricity, focused on predictive analytical solutions for mobile consumers, named Paul Rector as vice president of North American sales. Prior to this, he was VP of Renzulli Learning. He also held VP of business development positions at Viacom and E*TRADE Financial.
