Two Mobile Programmatic Platforms Merge

Adello, a European mobile programmatic platform, this week merged with HStreaming, a big data company that launched their own mobile real-time bidding (RTB) platform back in February. HStreaming will adopt the Adello brand name, and the merged company has operation in the U.S., UK, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Austria, and Hungary. Volkmar Uhlig also steps into the role of CTO of Adello.

Mark Forster, the company's CEO, stated, "We have been working with HStreaming for many months and knew that real-time machine learning can bring advertising to a totally new level." He claimed that having both HStreaming's and Adello's tech under one roof will allow targeting strategies to be updated 100,000 times a second.
