SpotXchange Launches Video Ad Platform
Digital video ad marketplace SpotXchange is expected to today announce the launch of the SpotXchange platform for programmatic video advertising. The platform supports video on any device and features both open exchange and programmatic direct options.
Publishers using the platform can use "all [of] their major video demand sources including ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), agency trading desks, and direct sales," according to the release. The company claims that the SpotXchange platform is the "most transparent" video ad platform in the industry.
NDN has cited a jump in revenue since it began using the SpotXchange platform, and is the first named publisher to back the new service. Greg Peters, CEO of NDN, stated, "[We've] been eager to tap into the programmatic opportunity, and SpotXchange has made it easy for us to navigate the growing automated world."
