Sonata, a Madrid-based mobile advertising platform that uses real-time bidding (RTB), on Wednesday announced it has launched its first U.S. office in New York City.
Sonata helps brick-and-mortar businesses increase foot traffic through local mobile ads. The company claims its platform is home to over 100 billion monthly impressions available for RTB.
In addition, the company has announced the appointment of Evan Krauss as its chief operating officer. He was most recently EVP of global advertising sales at Shazam. Krauss will be based in the New York office.
