Zenovia Acquires Brandscreen, Readies For Launch Of Exchange Featuring 'Guaranteed In-View' Inventory

Brandscreen, a demand-side platform (DSP), has been acquired by Zenovia, a display advertising exchange. Brandscreen is headquartered in Australia, and is one of the most prominent DSPs in the Asia-Pacific region.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Zenovia acquired the DSP to gear up for its planned mid-April launch of a “guaranteed in-view global marketplace.” Essentially, the company wants to create a global ad exchange for display advertising that houses only in-view and fraud-free ads.

We are pleased to bring Brandscreen’s team and technology into our portfolio,” stated Dwight Ringdahl, founder and CTO of Zenovia.

Zenovia claims to see over 7 billion ad requests per day and reach 111 million people in the U.S. per month.
