DigitasLBi Upgrades Pitney Bowes Digital User Experience

Pitney Bowes is on multi-year journey to transform its company from its heritage mail and postage services to a digital powerhouse. And the 95-year-old company is getting helping from its Digital AOR DigitasLBi which has revamped the firm’s website, a major part of the company’s new strategy for future commerce.

The makeover is designed to improve the user experience and provide the company with integrated analytics for measurement and optimization.

The new website needed to offer greater relevance to a wider global audience, while facilitating advanced digital commerce and communications, say executives. At the same time, the rebrand still had to preserve Pitney Bowes' trusted legacy.

Cathy Butler, SVP/Head of Account Management, DigitasLBi New York, said, “It’s extremely rewarding to witness a leading company transform and grow with its clients. We’re honored to help them fulfill their new identity as a modern technology powerhouse with an established, trusted legacy.”

This is DigitasLBi's first work with Pitney since their appointment as Digital Strategy and Media AOR in early 2014. FutureBrand, a global brand consultancy firm, led branding strategy and execution.
