BlisMedia, an audience targeting firm, has announced the appointment of Ben Tatton-Brown as chief strategy and marketing officer. He will work from the company's London headquarters.

Tatton-Brown joins BlisMedia from Xaxis EMEA, where he served as managing director. Prior to Xaxis, he was co-founder and EMEA managing director at Amobee, a mobile ad firm that was acquired by SingTel.

Tatton-Brown will reconnect with fellow Amobee co-founder Harry Dewhirst at BlisMedia, who joined the company one year ago as president and chief commercial officer.
