On Thursday, Chipotle updated its online QA page with answers to consumer questions. The updated FAQ was meant to include a representative sampling of questions Chipotle has been hearing and to
address those questions. It also emphasized that the norovirus incident in Boston was not related to E. coli and addressed other questions, such as whether the safety enhancements will alter the way
the food tastes. "No. In making all of the changes we are implementing, it is important to us not to change the taste or quality of the food we are making unless it is for the better," and "There is
no connection between GMOs and any food safety issue."
