Grandma's Cookies launched four TV spots that
will make you laugh uncomfortably and race to grab a chocolate chip cookie. In the "Are you my Grandma?" campaign, each ad shows a person eating a Grandma's cookie. An onlooker grabs a whiff of the
tasty cookie and becomes convinced that the person eating the cookie is their grandma... no matter how ridiculous the situation. A man on his lunch break is confronted by a young girl in "Park."
Convinced he's her grandma, she has him knit her a sweater. If I was the little girl, I would have taken his cookie and run.
See it here. In
"Lunchroom," a boy sees a classmate eating a cookie and insists on sitting on the girl's lap. Awkward.
Watch it here. Just when I though the
ads couldn't get more awkward, I watched "Break Room." An adult man thinks the gal from accounting is his grandma and asks her to sing the night-night song. When he puts his head on her chest, I'm
sure HR was immediately notified.
See it here. Never eat a Grandma's Cookie while carpooling. The crowded backseat became all sorts of creepy
when a man asked his co-worker to tickle him.
Watch it here.
