The
Native Advertising Institute (NAI) on Monday announced that Chad Pollitt, an expert in audience-building and content distribution, is its new VP of Audience.
In the newly created role, Pollitt is
tasked with leading, educating, and connecting native advertising professionals to advance the industry. He’ll also seek to grow the audience for NAI’s newsletter and its annual event,
Native Advertising Days. Pollitt is a former VP and Co-founder of Relevance, a digital marketing agency and publisher. In 2015, he helped guide his team to winning the audience growth award from the
Content Marketing Institute.
Pollitt is also an Adjunct Professor of Internet Marketing at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an Adjunct Instructor of Content Marketing at
the Rutgers University Business School. A member of a Forbes Top 100 list, Chad authored “The Native Advertising Manifesto,” “The Content Promotion Manifesto,” and “51
Things Your Mother Taught You About Inbound Marketing.” He is a regular contributor to industry media outlets, including the Huffington Post, The Guardian, and Social Media
Today.
"Native advertising is the future of advertising and the trends are bearing this out. I'm looking forward to learn from, educate and connect with professionals in marketing, media
buying, ad tech, and publishing to advance native advertising as an industry. My mission is to help make the Native Advertising Institute a beacon of knowledge for all the aforementioned
professionals. I want the Institute to be the first place anyone goes for information about native advertising," Pollitt told Real-Time Daily via email.
