Real-Time Ad Platform Bows Inventory Discovery For Mobile Advertisers

Real-time ad platform Smaato on Wednesday launched a new feature that it said enables mobile advertisers better insight into, and more control over their inventory.

The company said its self-service Inventory Discovery feature allows its demand partners to search and find new traffic that they haven’t purchased before on the Smaato exchange. What previously was a manual process has been automated to offer real-time access and control.

“Inventory Discovery gives our demand partners greater capabilities than before,” Ragnar Kruse, Smaato CEO told Real-Time Daily via email.

In addition to streamlining the process of finding new mobile inventory, the Smaato’s new technology interface aims to offer better targeting capabilities to identify mobile inventory relevant to specific campaigns and goals.

Inventory can be filtered based on time, queries per second, geography, ad format, operating system, and device type.
