WPP Opens Third Campus In Greater China

WPP this month opened its new Guangzhou, China Campus – an office hub that brings together over 500 people across multiple WPP agencies. 

It’s the firm’s third campus in Greater China, following new working spaces in Shanghai and Hong Kong.  

With the move over 5,000 of WPP’s 8,100 people across Greater China are now working in Campuses.

The new campus sits in the heart of one of Guangzhou’s three central business districts is in a location that the holding company says will enable it to support and contribute to China’s thriving start-up sector.  

The campus houses companies including GroupM (and its agencies Wavemaker, Mindshare and EssenceMediacom), H+K Strategies, Ogilvy and Wunderman Thompson.  

The new Guangzhou Campus is the latest to be created around the world, joining those recently opened in Toronto, Prague, Milan, Detroit and London.
