North Sixth Group Acquires KRMA, Will Merge Units

North Sixth Group (NSG) has acquired KRMA, an AI-enabled digital marketing solutions provider.

The company will now merge its marketing service units to form N6 Powered by KRMA. The units include the public relations firm N6A and digital content firm Studios.

Morgan Harris, founder and CEO of KRMA, will join as CEO of North Sixth Group.

The acquisition combines N6A’s capabilities in earned media, communications and reputation management and KRMA’s analytics and data tools.

One key feature is the integration of KRMA’s AI technology -- technology that will enable businesses to achieve data-driven insights that fuel precise audience targeting, personalized messaging and optimized marketing campaigns.

N6 Powered by KRMA hopes to “redefine marketing and public relations as we move into an increasingly data-centric marketplace,” Harris says.

Harris previously served as CEO of TONIK+, a marketing data solutions firm that was acquired by Edisen (formerly Chimney Vigor Group), and HYFN, a paid social platform acquired by LIN Media.

“The marketing landscape continues to evolve with increasing demand for technology-enabled services that combine data and analytics with hands-on expertise and human capital,” says Matt Rizzetta, Chairman of North Sixth Group.
