Lewis Takes Reins As The &Partnership CEO, U.S.

The&Partnership executive Sam Lewis has been named CEO, U.S.

A 10-year veteran of the agency, Lewis previously served as managing director, EMEA, leading client wins for Toyota, Mars and Aon. He also oversaw the first AI-written TV ad for Lexus and the rebrand of Uncle Ben's to Ben's Originals.

As CEO, U.S., Lewis will work closely with the company's media agency mSix&Partners, which is jointly owned with GroupM. Electronic Arts and David Yurman are among its clients.

Lewis will report to The&Partnership's Worldwide CEO Nick Howarth.

Johnny Hornby, founder of The&Partnership, called Lewis a "phenomenal leader," noting he helped Toyota achieve its highest-ever market share in Europe last year and set up multiple regional content studios for Mars Wrigley.

Before The&Partnership, Lewis was a senior account director at McCann Erikson, handling clients such as MasterCard, Nestlé, L’Oréal and General Mills.

"The most successful brands of the next decade will be those using AI technologies to create and deploy data-informed content at the speed of business," said Lewis. He is charged with guiding the agency's implementation of AI tools.

Founded in 2001, The&Partnership is a privately owned corporation backed by WPP. The agency recorded 2022 revenues of over $160 million.
