Mod Op Acquires RTO+P, Expands Creative Capabilities

Digital marketing agency Mod Op has acquired Philadelphia-based creative agency Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P).

The buy expands Mod Op's capabilities in social media, experiential marketing and content production.

RTO+P has done creative work for clients such as E&J Gallo Wineries, Dietz & Watson, Sparkling Ice, Stanley Black & Decker, Reyka Vodka and MetLife.

“Client demands are changing quickly,” explained Eric J Bertrand, CEO of Mod Op. “Brands need more than data to be successful. They must be able to apply creative thinking to leading-edge insights to generate breakthrough strategies and campaigns. The addition of RTO+P expands our creative capital and empowers clients to realize the full value of their digital investment.”

The agency said it would achieve new level of data-driven creativity.

RTO+P will run as a Mod Op independent business unit under the banner “RTO+P a Mod Op company.” The RTO+P executive team will continue in their current roles, while taking on broader leadership roles in the Mod Op org structure. Nothing changes for RTO+P clients or employees, save for greater access to broader tech, data and AI offerings.
