She may not be a hotel heiress, but Carl's Jr. and Hardee's have one smokin' babe in a new TV commercial that hit the airwaves yesterday.

The 30-second spot, created by Mendelsohn/Zien Advertising, L.A., shows a young guy enjoying his Buffalo wings as he watches a sultry waitress wash down a nearby table. As the waitress moves off-screen, we see the guy's not-too-happy girlfriend as she gives him "the look." Busted!

The spot promotes the chains' new spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and is online. It's the latest micro-site to come out of Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, and the steamiest display since the too-hot-for-TV debut of Paris Hilton's advertising campaign in 2005.

The micro-site is hosted by the commercial's star, model/actress Ashley Hartman, who gives tours around the site and can even be dispatched via e-mail to invite a consumer's friends to lunch by name. The appeal is clearly geared toward men.

Carl's Jr. and Hardee's are wholly owned subsidiaries of CKE Restaurants.
