Unilever's Country Crock Launches 'Small Changes'

  • April 22, 2008
The campaign, located at YourFamilyTable.com, introduces the brand's Omega Plus spread and invites consumers to share things they do to improve their families' health.

With each small change shared, Country Crock Omega Plus will donate a meal to a family in need through America's Second Harvest.

The campaign features a new half-hour television program, "Small Changes," showcasing five-time Grammy Award-winning singer Amy Grant, along with some of the biggest names in country music. The show will air on the Great American Country channel starting Thursday at 8:30 p.m. EST and will focus on what these stars are doing to make positive differences in the lives of their families.

Grant will also launch a three-minute segment on both the Food Network and Great American Country, where she pays a surprise visit to the Second Harvest Food Bank in Nashville and cooks a meal for volunteers and visitors from the community.--Nina M. Lentini
